Key responsibilities included

Working with the team of architects to complete the design & drawings for the project.
Close coordination with Project Managers & Site team to enforce accurate progress monitoring system.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Execution of steel reinforcement of foundations, columns, beams & slabs as per BBS and structural drawings.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Concrete & Steel reconciliation and estimations and also prepare daily work progress reports.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Preparing BOQ, bar bending Schedule & supervise cutting, bending and fixing of rebars.
QA/QC related work and testing of materials used at site.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
Planning on how to execute work at site efficiently to achieve weekly and subsequently monthly targets and minimize the delays or backlog.
